Our customer needed to collect 50 GB of log data per day (approximately 1.5 terabytes per month). After implementing digiLogs, their customer service problem and query obstacles decreased significantly, as the required query time was reduced from 2 hours to 20 minutes, increasing performance by 600%. Additionally, digiLogs provided quick log search, alert notifications, traffic control, and statistical reporting mechanisms, which helped manage their massive log data. During the first stage, logs from Internet Banking, Cloud Services, Mobile Banking, and Internet ATM were implemented into digiLogs. In 2020, logs from the credit card system, corporate banking system, and official websites will also be implemented into digiLogs.

digiLogs provided a centralized platform to manage logs from distributed systems with a fast horizontal scaling mechanism (sharding), helping our customer store massive and growing real-time log data (approximately 6 terabytes of historical log data are stored in the MongoDB per month). Additionally, digiLogs is able to normalize, interrelate and analyze log data, on top of offering an audit and assessment mechanism to help detect potential risks, generate reports, and trigger alerts, reducing our customer’s management cost.
