Commercial Bank - Taiwan

System Requirements

In response to the development of electronic payment businesses, our customer cooperated with e-commerce companies to provide electronic payment services, and thus electronic payment gateway systems were required and established. These gateway systems provided electronic payment mechanisms that connected contracted deposit accounts and authenticated individual financial payment tools. To follow-up and plan for future services, they also offered a unified payment API portal and platform for all collaborating e-commerce companies.

Results

All APIs provided external services via the internet, including financial account transactions, making API security control crucial! After the customer implemented DigiRunner, our solution was able to process financial transactions securely. Session and token management, security control, and transaction control, among others, were all accomplished safely.

Commercial Bank - UK

System Requirements

Assisted customer in setting up a new bank-wide push management center, which is responsible for all channels, including the internet banking web system. The include notification and management of information ystems, online banking apps, credit card web and app systems, and digital financial channels. Notifications include transfers, deposits, debit, credit card spending, and fund stop-loss and stop-limit notifications.

Results

The capacity of the system was planned for 100,000 concurrent users.
The system sends spikes and mass messages through the asynchronous mechanism of the Async Service module and provides front-end systems for each channel through the digiRunner RESTful API, sending and managing messages to ensure system stability.

Foreign Commercial Bank - Singapore

System Requirements

Due to the acquisition of another bank in Southeast Asia, the number of credit card customers has increased dramatically and a new digital credit card service system has to be built, including a web and app system.
